Student Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every student enrolling in a Restart Growth Academy course. Please read them carefully before submitting your admission form.

1. Enrollment is confirmed only upon payment of the prescribed course fee and applicable form fee. The form fee is strictly non-refundable. The full course fee must be paid within seven (7) days from the commencement of classes. Failure to clear the remaining balance within the stipulated period may result in cancellation of enrollment.
2. No refund shall be permitted after commencement of classes under any circumstances. Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Students must maintain regular attendance and complete all course requirements in order to qualify for certification.
4. Students are expected to maintain professional behavior at all times. Any misconduct, disruption, or violation of institute rules may result in suspension or removal without refund.
5. All course materials provided are for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, copied, recorded, or reproduced in any form without prior written permission from the Institute.
6. The Institute reserves the right to modify class schedules, trainers, batch timings, or course structure if deemed necessary.
7. The Institute shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings within the premises.
8. Students shall be responsible for any intentional damage caused to institute property and may be liable for repair or replacement costs.
9. Completion of the course does not guarantee job placement or employment.
